SEQUENCER MACHINE
The sequencer is modular making it possible to increase component handling capacity by joining add-on dispensing modules to the machine. Each dispensing module has 20 dispensing stations.
Machine capacity can be expanded from the basic 20 station unit to a maximum of 140 stations with refire capability on each station. A refire dispensing head that is unplugged or replaced with a standard dispensing head will not affect operation of the machine.
AXIAL(VCD) MACHINE
The Dual Head Variable Center Distance(VCD) Insertion machine series 6295A, 6292B is designed to operate as part of a Universal instruments Corporation Satellite system.
The Dual Head VCD inserter inserts axial leaded components from dual, presequenced taped input packages. The components are cut from the carrier tape and formed by the insertion heads. The pattern program controls the location and orientation of component insertion.
During insertion, the cut and clinch assemblies mechanically secure the components to the board. The process continues until the pattern program is completed, and all required components are in place.
JUMPER WIRE MACHINE
The jumper wire inserter inserts bare jumper wires from dual continuous wire spools.
The wires are straightened, formed and cut from the wire spools. The pattern program controls the location and orientation of wire insertion. During insertion, the clinch assemblies mechanically secure the wires to the PCB. The process continues until the pattern program is completed, and all required jumper wires are in place.
EYELET GRIPPER MACHINE
This equipment is used for inserting the eyelet pin, grip pin and round pin into the PCB to reinforce the mechanical strength of PCB when assembled with the large electronic components.
RADIAL MACHINE
The Radial Sequencer-Inserter can be broken down into three major sections :
The Inserter, The Sequencer, The Controller.
The basic functions of the inserter are to efficiently insert radial lead components into the correct holes on PCB, trim the excess lead length, and secure the components to the PCB by clinching the leads on the underside of the board.
SEQUENCER
The basic function of the sequencer is to remove a variety of radial lead components from standard packaging, organize them into the proper sequence for insertion, ans transport them to the inserter.
CONTROLLER
Even though it is physically small and may be cons-idered a sub-assembly of the inserter, the controller is a very important part of the radial machine. Its basic function is nothing less than supervising almost every detail of running the machine.
M10 MACHINE
BOARD-PACKER M10 is a compound type insertion machine which automatically inserts electronic components onto a circuit board. Its main construction consists of a board-loading XY-table which is controlled by the NC device, component insertion units, and clinch units. A total of ten units at the most can be mounted in parallel.
As insertion finger and clinch claw of each unit required for insertion are designed exclusi-
vely in accordance with components to be inseted, best-suited insertion performances are secured for individual components.
